Makeup of the Day #23

The 90's style makeup is a huge trend this season. I'm personally not a big fan of all 90's makeup, but it's a great source of inspiration and thats what I've done today. In the 90's, earth tone makeup was a big thing, wearing colors like dark browns, reds, berry colors, burnt orange and so on. It was also big wear a black Kohl pencil on your waterline and having a matte finish on the face. Well, I've been having such a fun time playing around and recreating looks inspired from the 90's...and here's one of the looks! Let's get to the makeup!

E finalmente delineai e preenchi todo o lábio com o pincel Catrice Precision Lip Liner 030 Lost in the Rose Wood.

I'm in that phase where my Summer foundation is to dark and my Winter foundation is to light, so for today, I decided to mix a pump of my Rimmel Match Perfection 102 Light Nude foundation with a pump of my Oil-free Foundation from Makeup Factory in 34 Rosy Porcelain foundation. In the 90's, skinny eyebrows were a big thing, but since I'll never look good with skinny eyebrows, I just shaped my eyebrows with the Catrice Eye Brow Stylist like I normally would. Since I have super oily eyelids, I began by applying the Essence I Love Stage Eyeshadow Base which I applied with my fingers. For my eyes I used two different shades of brown, a medium and a dark to create a smokey eye, I started by apply the medium brown eye shadow, the Elizabeth Arden 42 Sable all over my eyelid and pulling it out to create an outer ">" shape, I also dragged the color under my waterline. Then on my crease I applied the darker brown eye shadow from my Sephora palette. Then I tight lined the eye with the Essence Longlasting Eye Pencil 01 Black Fever and applied two to three coats of the L’Oreal Mega Volume Miss Manga Punky mascara. I also decided to mix up two of my concealers, so I used the H&M Concealer and the Elf Maximum Coverage Concealer just to cover up any imperfections. For blush I applied a brown toned one from the palette Valentin Mon Amour from Marionnaud. In the 90's the skin was usually matte, so I applied the Oriflame Air Soft Powder in Light. And finally I lined and filled my lips with Catrice Precision Lip Liner 030 Lost in the Rose Wood.
